Honestly I don’t even know where to begin. The receptionist I spoke to on the phone had absolutely no idea what she was talking about and was very rude when I tried explaining I had 2 insurance not one. If I could give zero stars I would. The receptionist role is supposed to be open, friendly, and greeting new clients. After all we are paying them! She should have checked that the doctor “no longer worked with my insurance” when she called that morning to confirm the appointment. This is very unprofessional considering I drove 3 hours thinking the appointment was all set, for her to then call me 5 hours later stating the appointment was canceled. Over all probably the worst healthcare facility I have seen and I work in healthcare! Go here if you want to be greeted by judgmental and rude staff. Never have I experienced this! Very disappointed.
