I'm a new patient here at Somerset family and I can give 5 stars! From the time I checked in at the front desk to the MA who assisted me to meeting the doctor was great. Friendly atmosphere they offered water and snacks while you waited. I will say the wait to be seen was kinda long for me maybe because it was my first visit not really sure. But they listen to your concerns and address them. Overall I'm very happy with the place.

I’m giving a low rating because I’ve only made appointments so that I can be prioritized but the operate on a walk-in basis. I found out last time after being told differently on the phone so even tho I make a appointment I have to wait over 1 hour to be seen. Once I’m seen he more rushed me thru the appointment once you sit in front of him. This has me thinking about changing after my next visit.
