Colorectal Cancer Screening

Age: 50-75   *If there is family history of colon cancer, start at age 40

Home stool test yearly: You will be given an ENVELOPE to collect stool sample at home and mail it to Beaumont lab. Abnormal test (blood in stool) will be referred for colonoscopy

Breast Cancer Screening for women

Age: Women 50-75   *If there is family history of breast cancer, start at age 40

Mammogram (Breast X-ray) every 2 years

 

Cervical Cancer Screening for women

Age: Women 21-65

Pap smear every 3 years

 

Prostate Cancer Screening for men

Age: Men 50-69

PSA (Prostate-specific antigen) every year
